Notice of Rate Setting
At its regular Board meeting to be held on December 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Water & Sanitation District will be considering an increase in the District’s fees, rates, System Development charges, penalties and charges for water and sanitary sewer services. The meeting will be held at the District offices located at 10698 W. Centennial Road, Littleton, Colorado 80127, starting at 8:00 am and is open to the public.
2024 Rates will be discussed at the following meetings:
