Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation District personnel are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist with water and sewer emergencies.

Please contact us if you experience any of the emergency situations listed below. You can contact our office at 303-979-7424. During regular business hours, you will be connected with a customer service representative. If you are calling after regular business hours, you will be connected with one of our on-call technicians. Please note, there is a $75 after-hours fee for any services performed after regular business hours.

Issues with District Property

Fire Hydrants

Water Tanks

Valve and Manhole Covers

Water Main Breaks

Look for signs such as water leaking or coming up from the street, or unusually low or no water pressure.

Sewer Line Backups

Look for signs such as sewage coming up from manholes in the street or sewage backing up into your home.

District staff can only respond to emergencies within the District or involving District property.
