Denver Water supplies water to the Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation District (the District) for delivery to the District’s customers. On Wednesday, March 25 Denver Water adopted a resolution declaring a Stage 1 drought and putting in place watering restrictions. Further Denver Water may be putting in place surcharges for the District’s to which it supplies water. The District may pass through those surcharges. The District’s Board of Director’s will be discussing and approving any surcharge that could be passed on to you as the customer at the April 22, 2026 Board meeting.
