We provide water and wastewater services to over 12,000 people at both residential and business locations.
We operate and maintain over 100 miles of water and sewer lines throughout the District.
Our service area covers approximately 14 square miles

Notice of Fee Schedule Discussion
At its regular Board meeting to be held on February 18, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Water & Sanitation District will be considering changes to the District’s Fee Schedule. The meeting will be held at the District offices located at 10698 W. Centennial Road, Littleton, Colorado 80127, starting at 8:00 am
