Q: What if I am planting new grass seed or sod?
A: A 21-day exemption may be granted for new seed or sod in an area of 250 square feet or larger. Please contact the District office to apply for an exemption. If granted an exemption, customers are responsible for increased costs associated with higher water use. Once the 21-days expire, we will expect the 2-day a week watering rules to be followed.

Q: Will there be an extra surcharge or fee on my bill during the Stage 1 drought?
A: The Board of Directors will be discussing and approving any surcharge related to the Stage 1 drought at our regular Board of Directors meeting April 22nd at 8:00am.
