Water System Development Charges consist of two separate charges:
the System Development Charge by Denver Water and paid direct to Denver Water, and
the Water Impact Fee charged by the District. This schedule of System Development Charges may be changed by the District at any time, without notice.
Sewer System Development Charges shall be the sum of
the Sewer Impact Fee charged by the City of Littleton for taps outside its city limits, plus
the Sewer Impact Fee charged by the District. This schedule of Sewer System Development Charges may be changed by the District at any time, without notice.
Bring a check for the District System Development Charges and meter (call the District for meter rates), along with a copy of the building permit for the property, to the District office at 10698 W. Centennial Road.

A copy of Denver Water Boards paid receipt must be returned to the District prior to receiving a water meter.
Inspections must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
All commercial buildings must have the required backflow prevention device installed and certification received by the District within two weeks after installation of the water meter.
Bring a deposit check for $1,500 to the District office. This deposit will be returned when hydrant meter has been returned to the District, tested, and the bill is paid.
Fill out and sign permit, a hydrant meter will then be released to the builder.
