Online Forms
If you are an owner, tenant, or title company, you will need to notify the District office in writing that there is a change in ownership or occupancy.
If you are requesting a final reading, the District office needs a minimum of 24 hours to process your request. There is a $20.00 transfer fee charged to the seller and/or tenant.

- Important — if you do not receive a status email back from our office after submission within 24 hours, we did not receive your online request.
We also have an automatic payment program that drafts your checking or savings account every other month between the 21st and 23rd of the month. If you are interested, please download the following form and drop it off at our office with a voided check.
